    Giving the 3 stars only because of the food. The service was good. The food was ok... pho had a lot of meat that wasn't savory and the fried rice needed a bit more seasoning. No refills (even it is paid) offered for canned drinks. The parking was good and the place was almost empty on a Friday night.

    Excellent Service and Great Food! What else could they do right? I have been very pleased with this place. As a world traveler I get the opportunity to sample food from around the world and I always seem to yearn for Pho Bien Hoa cooking. I've been dining here for 12 years and I truly suggest you visit this restaurant for authentic Vietnamese cuisine!
