    Exceptional selection of all types of meat dishes with incredible quality. Portions are nice sized and very fresh. Service is outstanding. Flavors are on point. Got several different desserts, all were good. Chocolate cake is to die for. Wine selection is very good.

    Very good experience. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very fun! Someone is constantly checking on us, very attentive service. You can feel the high energy and everyone being positive. Clean all around I will definitely come back again!

    I stumbled on this place and found a gem. Beyond outstanding steaks and amazing staff. This is my new favorite in Houston. Don’t settle for the normal get out there and give Sal & Pimienta a try and you will not be disappointed.

    My favorite restaurant in Houston.
    Service and food are of highest quality and 1st rate. I have tried many other high-end restaurants and this one comes out on top.
    Sunday brunch buffet is one of the best deals in town. They also cater to patrons who prefer other dishes than classic Uruguayan beef.

    This is the single most amazing beef in Houston with a Latin touch. Service is great and the atmosphere is awesome. Highly recommended. For those from Colombia who know to how to appreciate a good cut of beef ... this is a must for you. Enjoy.
