The food was fresh, the order was accurate, however the customer service was average. There was nothing wrong with the service, but there was nothing that was spectacular about the service. I would consider returning to the location as the food is good and the store of military status.
Good food for a breakfast or brunch. Decent service even though the place was completely full when we went a Saturday morning.
Food was good and hot and Lingion berry crepes were delicious. We had a waitress named Amber, she was GREAT! A ray of sunshine, happy, upbeat, and sincere, not fake. Going to ask for her next time, even if I have to sit at a table to get her. Wait person can make all the difference.
We love to come here on a weekend morning even though we know it’s going to be very busy. Our food is always great and so is the coffee! The only thing I did not like was when my husband ordered hot syrup for his pancakes the lady, all I remember is that she was petite and had a white sweater, had an attitude all over her face. Our original server did a great job even though she also did not have such a welcoming tone to her. For the most part our servers are always very polite and we appreciate how nice the staff and management is at this ihop. I understand busy days can overwhelm the servers but I just feel they need to remember not all tables should have to deal with your one bad table as a server.
Service was great! I had the french toast combo! It is one of my favorite meals to get there. I wish the coffee was a little stronger. But that is just my preference! ????
