I was looking for Texas BBQ, and I got Texas BBQ. Watching staff cut and prepare meat was frankly mesmerizing. The meats were so, SO good. The venison sausage was great, though they have a bunch of varieties. Things moved fast, we got a few sides and off we were to our table. Staff were nice and fun, and the food was delicious. If you're looking for a fast-ish meal that's not fast food but quality BBQ, this is a great spot to visit.

Went here because the reviews were great! Fantastic place to go. Melt in your mouth pork ribs. I also never knew a chicken taco could taste so amazing!

The bbq was amazing. I had the brisket and pork ribs both were great. The sides were also nice. Personally I didn't think that the bread slide added anything to the meal.
The queue was long but the food was worth the wait.
You can eat at the bar next door so there's a lot of seat which was useful given how popular it was.

Some truly amazing BBQ at this place from the brisket to the pulled pork. I also love The pickle bar with the different pickles and onions and condiment offerings. Even though the BBQ doesn't need it it's nice to have a little variety to spice it up a little bit with the condiments. The beef rib is also gargantuan and quite delicious.

I come here frequently for the brisket and corn, and it is generally very good. The brisket is soft and super tasty. I always ask for fatty pieces, and they are accommodating.

They have a self-serve pickled vegetable (home-made pickles, carrots, onions, peppers, one or two others) / salsa bar, which is one of my favorite aspects of this place.
