Jack in the Box

Food is inconsistent. The facility is growing in need of a face lift inside. Becoming somewhat ruin down.

Teriyaki Bowl and egg roll were good but the line took longer than expected. 20+ mins for about 5-6 cars..

Excellent place to pick up a taco. My kids love it.

I visited this Jack in the Box on a day I was exhausted, hot, and hungry! I really felt I was about to pass out. There was a little wait only about 2 people. The cashier was friendly, and accommodated my order request. Normally customers wait to retrieve their orders. However, without me asking, the cashier told me to go take a seat and he would bring my order to me. What a blessing! I really hate I didn't get his name. My food arrived hot and fresh. The cashier checked on me twice during my hour plus visit, and even helped me relocate to another table closer to a wall plug. In my opinion this was exceptional customer service! This would've been 5 stars, except the women's restroom was out of toilet paper for my entire visit. It wasn't busy enough to not attend to. However, once I brought it to the cashiers attention, he immediately fixed it. I definitely felt I was more than just a customer.
