Escalante’s location makes it a great dining destination for couples as well as families. Because it is part of a large outdoor shopping mall that borders a very large outdoor parking area, parking is relatively easy to find during most times of day. The Margaritas are fantastic and reasonably priced, as are most of the items on the varied menu. Because my wife and I are big fans of beef and chicken fajitas, we almost always order the combination chicken and beef fajitas. We have yet to be disappointed in the drinks, the fajitas and the service at Escalante’s. I guarantee that if you take the family for dinner you will not be disappointed.
Escalante’s is always a favorite very consistent at each location. Staff has never been an issue and you see the manager working the floor as well. I recommend the chicken flautas if you have never been here before you can’t go wrong. Definitely a more dining etiquette establishment unlike more of your classic Mexican restaurants.
Amazing food, great service, lovely ambience. The food is rich and tasty as hell!!! Prices may seem to be a bit high, but the quality of food justifies it. The staff is friendly and takes great care with respect to serving, refills and taking feedback. Ideal place for large groups.
Make sure you order the "Tres Leches" - It is the champion of all desserts, in fact, all dishes!!! The moment you have one spoon, you're sure to have tears of joy! One of the best desserts I've ever had!!
Delicious and fresh but seating was less than favorable. First time at this location. It was very crowded & the restaurant seemed to place tables anywhere possible. Our table was squeezed into a small area to where every time someone had to go to the restroom or servers passed through, they were constantly excusing themselves or having to wait to move past our table. The cocktails were well mixed but portions were smaller on some of the entrees in comparison to other local restuarants. I would definitely go back for Happy Hour.
