    Great carnitas, i travel around Texas a lot and I'm always looking for that perfect carnitas taco. The holy Trinity of balance between that bold pork flavor enhanced by bits of crunchy and fat and salsa spicy enough to add heat and acid then wrapped with a soft but durable corn tortilla that flavors it all but doesn't-overpower
    It's a tell order but diego's gets it

    Finally The Farias family had brought their authentic mexican carnitas directly to the public available in several Houston retailers/taquerias for years, now we can go straight to the source ,My Mexican sunday morning breakfast tradition is now something to look foward to ,the convinience of preordering means no waiting "always a plus" & now we can enjoy them wednesday thru sunday makes dinner a breeze who can resist slowly braised pork with Diegos famous recipe famous in mexico for years now for Houston to enjoy from the source made fresh on site daily
