    This place is awesome. I came with a friend for a hot chocolate and some baked goods. They were so friendly, and our cookies and hot chocolate were delicious.

    While we were there a lot of people came in and got food and it looked so, so, so good. Totrtas and fajitas and plantains and papusas all had us wishing we hadn't just come from a big lunch. If I am in Houston again we will definitely be back.

    The other people there also were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. It is a little neighborhood gem that will make you feel like part of the neighborhood too.

    Never judge a book by its cover!
    I was a bit reluctant due to the dingy facade and surrounding area, but it turned out to be awesome. A true hole in the wall with homemade food cooked from scratch, with flavour and feeling. Everything was cooked just right, nothing was greasy or oily or fried or dry. Superfriendly prompt service to boot. Very pleasant.
