Friendly and courteous staff. Food is great and prices are comparable to other fast food places. The service is usually quick and I can say this location has great order accuracy. This location is exceptionally clean.
Drive-thru at lunch time. Being banished to lane b on your weekday lunch hour is the kiss of death. Even though I already paid the girl taking orders outside, it will automatically take longer for me to get my order in lane b. They have to carry the order out in 45 degree weather. Is there any common sense in that? So of course everything is cold. And no ketchup even though I told the girl that I wanted ketchup for my fries. This scenario happens at this Whataburger more times than I can count. Next time they tell me to go to Lane B, I'll "just say no".
Drive thru service was quick and friendly. The bacon cheese burger was delicious with the fresh fries. Yum
