Close your eyes and you won't even know you're in an airport.

(February 15, 2019, 2:18 am)Once I figured out the digital ordering system, it was easy to use. Beef Brisket sandwich was good. I would call it a good Texas style brisket. The bread was tough in a spots. Coleslaw was tangy. When I am stop by again, I may try another side.

Brisket was one of the best I've had in Texas, it was super fresh and moist. Lovely seasoning and smoke through the meat. The brioche bun and eggs were both excellent.
As far as airport food goes, this is one of the best I've had on my international travels. And honestly the brisket on its own stands up to any of the top BBQ places in Houston.
