    Great food- great service and the portions are HUGE!! A little taste of Hawaii in NW Houston. Add it to ur list of places

    One of my co-workers loves this place so I decided to give them a try for lunch. Now that 290 is done it's easier to get here. It's located in a strip center, and when you enter you don't really get the Hawaiian vibe. The menu looks more just general Asian than Hawaiian. I got the BBQ Katsu Mix and it was very affordable. I believe it was less than $10 and enough food for someone like myself to eat 2x times. Meaning most normal individuals 3x+. It came with rice, macaroni salad, a full cutlet and then chicken and beef on a bed of veggies. They have sauces inside. Most of the meat was very sweet.

    Overall, it was good value, just none of the meats stood out.

    The food is good. The macaroni is legit Hawaiian style. My only gripe is that their plastic fork is too soft/cheap making it hard to eat certain meats.

    Stopped by on a whim. It's a hidden gem in this part of town. Pretty decent casual food for the price; taste and really big portions. You can easily feed two people on one combo alone. I would definitely give this place a try.
