I recently ordered online for carryout. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign reading " not accepting any carry out orders". At first I was puzzled because I made an online order for carry out so wasn't sure , however a young lady came to door and allowed me in.Once inside I noticed she was the only employee there ; she informed me my order was coming out of the oven. She was a bit nervous and was trying to locate boxes and dipping sauce.Once she finally boxed my order she informed they recently made some changes and she was trying to figure where all the supplies were. Her attitude was pleasant and you can tell she was trying her best to maintain the store while being there solo, which explained the note on the door....I'm giving 4 starts for her service My pizza was hot and fresh and customer service was great with the only employee they had at that time.... Overall I hope they gain a full staff soon especially being so close to popular area like NRG and the Med Center.Not sure how my experience would be received with someone less patient and understanding.
