It's a standard 5 Guys. Good service and great food. It's dependable, if you don't know where the smaller burger joints are. Located right across the street from NASA.
Good location right opposite the Houston space center, stopped by to get a burger after our visit there. Friendly staff, good service and the place was well kept.
It was good but i had to take my Burger back 3 times the 4th time i just waited for the bacon and added myself. I would go back they got really busy nice staff.
There's already a pretty thorough review. To add my 2 cents, I went in on an early Friday evening. Relatively slow. A few folks inside enjoying themselves and one lady making things difficult upfront. I was right behind this woman, me being me, impatiently waiting. Gotta hand it to the cashier girl for her kindness and patience.
It was my turn and I made a quick and easy order. Cashier was super nice and friendly. A tip was well deserved. Got my food within a reasonable time. Even the dude who handed me my meal was super nice!
Place was clean. Food was good! And the staff was gracious, friendly!
Although, I wouldn't overload your burger or it'll get soggy on the way home. Otherwise. 6 stars!!
It's a pretty decent burger place. Not a whole lot of variety, and it's expensive. A Bacon cheeseburger, small fries, large drink comes to 17 bucks.
The portions are quite large. Small fries are not small. The default burger has two patties. So if you want a lot of food, you can get it easy, but you'll pay for it.
The food is cooked after you order it, so it's hot and fresh. They only have American cheese, so you can't get much variety on that front. They have the usual selection of expected condiments. Overall, the food tastes good. Not the best burgers in the world, but good. They have piles of potatoes in sacks by the door with a sign indicating what farm they sourced this week's from. The resulting fries are definitely real potato fries; they certainly aren't processed. They still have the skin on them.
The place is kept pretty clean, but the floor was very greasy today. It would have been easy to slip.
The water spigot in the soda fountain was broken today. I mentioned this to the employees, but I never saw anyone attempt to fix it while we were eating.
They only work one register, so a long line won't move fast.
There are free peanuts in the shell freely available to get while waiting for your food. I probably wouldn't go in there if I had a bad peanut allergy.
I would say the food is consistently and objectively high quality, so it all comes down to your own personal opinion of the flavor.
