    Very busy right now (15 to 20 min. wait, overheard) but still very prompt, courteous service, both over the phone ☎️ and in person ☺

    Good, dependable IHOP for breakfast. Service, food preparation and quality is what you'd want and expect. Appreciate the 10% AARP discount OR senior plates/prices they offer. Use the discount though, it's the best value if you want a bigger meal. Can be slow here at busy times, but that's all of them.

    10 minutes to get drink and we had to ask for it. No one even asked to edit on us. Great food. Then as we're walking out the hostess looks at us and then looks back down. No "bye, thank you for coming" or even acknowledgement. Food was awesome but we won't be back due to service.

    Awesome food, staff are very friendly and attentive. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is a familiar and cozy. Love this place!

    The service was great and they served our party of 25 with ease. We have been visiting this place once every year for soullink. We are glad they have us and can provide for our party
