    Even though this place is crowded. The business show for the reasons. The service was excellent and you didn't have to wait long . But the food is good .

    An IHOP well located at the intersection of Washington / Wescott and Interstate 10 (Katy Freeway)....Very visible from the freeway... High quality / good food well prepared, with courteous and prompt service... You are going to have to like a well-lighted restaurant.. Do what I do... Grab a booth with a light over the table and temporarily turn off the light bulb and you'll have a more pleasant / comfortable eating experience.. I hate bright lights when I eat...

    Took my niece for a quick bite to eat. I'm really not a fan of IHOP but that's where she wanted to go. Our waitress was nice and professional.
