Let me start by saying the customer service is amazing! Toby was very helpful and gave us a educational sake and wine tasting! The udon noodle was great and you can tell they really take pride I their dishes. Affordable, delicious and great customer service. What more can you ask for!

Fast/friendly service, clean/well-designed restaurant, and amazing broth. For the price I wasn't expecting much, but I was super impressed when the first taste hit my mouth. They make their own noodles too. I did need to use my chopsticks as weapons of defense against attacks on my food from my husband. However, we both emerged unscathed and with happy bellies, so all is well in the end.

Napa Udon House is my favorite place for noodle fix at Dun Huang Plaza. I couldn't believe how fast this space transformed from a hip hop night club to a fast Japanese restaurant.

I came here for a soft opening celebration with lion dance. I checked out how this assembly line works. I'm just excited to see how this fast food restaurant deploys a new technique.

Everything is fresh and authentic to the origin. Friendly staff and nice view from the 2nd floor balcony.

Great fresh see through soup base. Great homemade noodles. The owner made the noodle on the spot!!!
The fried side dishes are perfect match with soup base and noodle. Especially the lava egg, chicken stick, shrimp, and squid.

Also the owner will go around asking whether everything is okay. Great customer services.

Remember to buy drink 1st. The fountain drink cup is not the one on display.

Decent Udon for a good price. Paid $7 and got a pretty big portion. I thought the broth was a little bland. The restaurant was clean and the decor was really cool! Ample seating too. I’d say it makes for a good lunch spot!
