Nice and quiet atmosphere. Good options. Tasty food.. well spiced and seasoned.. although meat was overcooked.
Would like to have more vegetarian options for my friends!
Let's use a system to review this, shall we? EATS
Edibles: The food isn't bad, but it's really hard to describe the menu. It's got a little bit of everything--Mediterranean, Persian, French, American, and more. Weirdly, very few ingredients overlap from dish to dish. Also the dishes are huge.
Atmosphere: The place is both fancy and sparse at the same time. The restroom is VERY nice, but the parking lot is a bit too small. Tables are well spaced, which is good as a lot of the patrons during lunch are clearly oil and gas folks.
Time: From the time we ordered until we got our food, it was roughly 15-20 minutes. Totally good for most days, but not great for a quick lunch.
Service: This was a mixed bag. They were prompt. They weren't what I'd call friendly, though. More cordial. Not sure what to make of it.
Overall, I think Cafe Benedicte is good for a business lunch or drinks (there's a very large wine menu), but the dishes are too large and the service is just not quick enough for a working lunch or a quick bite between meetings.
Clean atmosphere. Nice staff, quite friendly. Made my friends and i laugh here n there.
Food was good. Had the stuffed crepe.
The only reason why its not 5 stars is because the service was a bit slow. We sat and after a while, we got up and helped ourselves to the menu.
We loved them because they treated us like family. We only spotted the restaurant on the way to our future daughter in laws place. I walked in with Julie and I wish I had a dinner jacket on. It didn’t matter. We were seated with a view of the Amalfi coast. The night became greater. I have dined in north and central America, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands and always remember the charming places. The cuisine has to be 90% of the experience. The other 90% has to be the genuine way we are served with love. Cafe Benedicte, thank you for exceeding the math. We’ll remember.
Fantastic food, ambient and service
It’s a little bit European style. You might wait a little more than usual for the food but it’s well worth it.
The service is outstanding and friendly. Sunday brunches are fantastic too.
Highly recommended.
