Pretty good customer service. The staff are well mannered enough and they do their jobs pretty fast. The fried chicken and gravy along with their Jolly spaghetti and adobo rice are some of their best offerings.

The only issue is that the restrooms are not really clean enough to be appealing and the line is long.

Nice food but holy cow don't go on a Sunday. So many people there it took 34 minutes for us to get our food AFTER ordering. Would be nice if the food was all evenly fresh too. Fries and burger were sitting there for a minute I guess before the chicken finished.

The best fast food spicy fried chicken, period. Popeye's doesn't come close. The spaghetti is great for kids, and the place is just fun to visit. Be sure to visit the bakery next door to get some treats to take home.

This place was touted as a must visit by a filipina. We got there around 3pm and the place was absurdly packed. However the lines moved quickly. Seating was another problem. A few couples opted to hog large tables as opposed to taking one of the smaller available tables so we had to stand around for a while. The spaghetti was decent. The pasta was cooked pretty well. The chicken was fried perfectly with the super crispy skin. Poured some hot sauce on it and it was delicious. The mango pie though... that was pretty damned good. Would probably come back here for a quick meal when I visit Houston again.

Visited this fast food restaurant for the first time on Sunday afternoon. The parking lot was very full and inside was crowded. However, the service and food were good. I had the 2pc chicken/Spaghetti for $8.99. The cheapest price combo meal is $6.99. Also, they offer a free dessert with a survey feedback within 48hrs.
