Whataburger

This is a review on this particular restaurant and not the food. Whataburger is a 5 all day, except for the veggies, they taste awful. Anyways, this Whataburger has a very friendly staff during the morning and lunch shift. Close to evening and after, this place turns left into destination disaster. My orders from separate visits in the drive thru have always resulted in me having to park and walk in because something is always wrong. The evening staff certainly needs to be trained a lot better, but the majority of them are kids who’re still in school. They must have grades like D’s and C’s since they have a hard time listening to not put lettuce or tomatoes on my burger.

They gave me spicy ketchup despite me forgetting to ask for some. I appreciate that.

I love Whataburger. To make it better this certain location is always good. I've had a few times where they forget an extra side I ordered but for the most part it's always correct.

This location is really good but I feel like the main person holding it together is going to be Ricky! I believe he’s a manager or probably above that. He wears the Brown/Tan shirt he is awesome, so incredible, so friendly and so helpful! I come to this Whataburger a lot because he makes customer service his top priority and I love that! There’s really not many people that do that anymore. So Ricky my hat goes off to you, you are absolutely magnificent at what you do and I greatly appreciate you going the extra mile for your customers!!!
