I received great service and the food was exceptional. I had the brisket and Turkey. Both had great flavor.

This place is amazing! Small tiny place, but family owned and run (or at least I think so), with delicious BBQ. Meat is delicious, sides are delicious, TEA is delicious, need I say more? If you have been, it's a must.

Love this spot. Everything about it is good. Their southern hospitality is great. Food is delicious. I ordered the large plate that has everything on it. The turkey, brisket, sausage, ribs, and most of the trimmings. Their desserts are to die for! I ate the carrot cake and banana pudding. Four stars because the turkey was a little dry, and their brisket had way too much fat in it. But I will definitely be returning to eat here with my family. It was my first time eating at this place. Heard much about it and I wasn't let down. I would recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you prefer and enjoy the small mom and pop shops, as I do.

I really enjoyed the ribs but the brisket wasn't anything to write home about. I did enjoy my strawberry cake and the folks here are all very nice. I don't think they were overpriced and it is a small dining area so you don't feel like your in a chain restaurant.

This is Texas BBQ at its finest! It’s worth a trip from wherever you might be to get there.
I’ve had all the legends of bbq and I can tell you that this stacks up to all of them Easily!
You can taste that these people put their heart and soul into their food.
The sausage is homemade and excellent. Ribs are cooked perfectly and the taste is amazing. The brisket is tender and moist and the exact right amount of smoke.
Homemade Mac and Cheese and dirty rice. Great potato salad.

They had homemade carrot cake that would knock your socks off, and a from scratch strawberry cake that was otherworldly! Come to find out from Grandmas recipes!

I can’t recall if I was humming or singing Hallelujah throughout my meal.

And the family that run this home of deliciousness are the absolute sweetest people!

Take the trip from whatever part of the state you might live in or miss a connecting flight. Well worth it.
