Hole in the wall place, but good is good, very pleasant staff. Not the best neighborhood though.

Amazing food here! Service seems to drop after you order. You get the meal quick enough, but drink refills can be rare depending on the day. They are always kind and remember you after just a couple of times. Recommend this place for anyone looking for some pho or rice plate.

The best Pnompenh soup of Cambodia
I've been eating at this place for at least 20 yrs, since they located in Houston downtown/ Milam area ! compare to all any place I had been this place still won my heart, I traveled extensively many Asian countries, including in Cambodia, the best soup in Pnom penh shop not even as good as this restaurant ! I even tried some in long beach where the majority of Cambodians live in the states but I still love this place !
I suggest that you order the dry type with a bowl of soup ! the taste is irresistible ! make sure you put a lot of fried garlic with it ! Price is good, service is okay ! not that great but who cares !

Great food with great prices! But didn't make the 5 star rating because of the service. Each time I go in and order a jack fruit or avocado shake they 100% of the time forget and we constantly have to remind them. Today when I went in they were so packed and busy I didn't even bother to remind them. Just got to make sure they remove it from the bill when you check out. We sat there for over 20 min and didn't get our water. We got our entrees first, our drinks next and our egg roll appetizers last lol That's how awesome the service is here. I guess you can't have your cake and eat it too. It's either the service is excellent and the food isn't up to par or vice versa.

I had some duck soup and a thai tea. The duck soup was quite good as the piece of duck was not dry or tough. The broth was savory. The downsides are that the place could benefit from a remodel in the bathroom and the place is out of the way from major roads, so I wouldn't recommend it for atmosphere, but that's it.
