Golden Krust Kirby Drive - Caribbean Restaurant

The food was very good. Not a lot of seating so it's more of "get-n-go" place once you are done with shopping. Even so, my family of four got one of the two tables and had a nice stay.

I prefer it to other Caribbean/Jamaican places I've been that are still open.

The curry chicken was very tasty. I liked the fast service. I would go back to try the oxtails. The have a lunch special if you want to just give them a try. I haven't been to the other location, but I have heard its pretty good.

The staff is extremely nice, the food is good. I had a goat dish and do recommend it. They also have ox tail. The drinks Rum Fruit punch, was way too strong for me (I'm not a drinker, could not even finish 1). I see why this place has people ordering their drinks at the bar (they are about $5 during happy hour).

The girl who helped me the first time Bri was absolutely the sweetest thing ever. I was pretty much the worst trying everything asking about everything. Getting something not really like a meal.. Basically everything I could humanly do to annoy her I did. She was a doll. The food was all really good. I couldn't decide what to get. Guess I will just have to come back for more.

Friendly service. Super yummy food. What else can you ask for. Food is always fresh, and it's just the right amount of variety to choose from.
You've gotta try the jerk pork on weekends. OMG!!!!! The juices they offer are perfect sweet to go with the savory and spices of the food.
