Bar Louie - Willowbrook Mall

Invited to lunch with my daughters. First time hearing of this restaurant, waitress needed to be told what to do a few times, she may have been new. Bartender doing food prep at the bar with customers sitting there had me give a medium level rating

My food was good. I really don't have any complaints. The server was pretty nice and personable. My only complaint is that the young lady at the bar cutting the fruit and pickles did not have on any gloves. Once she used the slicer she used her hands without gloves, to pick up the fruit pieces and put some in a container. I feel that is very unsanitary.

Very nice ambience with an upscale feel. Love the fire pit out on the patio. Drinks and food are super overpriced. I don't mind paying for quality but it wasn't for me. Service was mediocre. There's a competing bar in the same parking lot that you can get your money's worth.. without compromising quality or service.

Me and some coworkers went around 2 and there were only a few tables full. We sat outside and the day was gorgeous! The waitress, her name escapes me, was personable and bubbly.

She used no pad to remember our orders, but got everything right! We ordered poke, calamari, and burgers. I got an Impossible burger and I'm elated they finally carry it at their locations. She was very patient with me as I'm an order customizer and the original item on the menu ends up transforming into something else by the time I'm done.

It was a great experience. I usually go in the evening to hang out before the crowds come and had never seen it during the day, but it was a beautiful day and it begged to sit outside and enjoy the sun.

I'll definitely be back. The food was delicious, the service was on point, and the venue was well-crafted.
