The original noodle soup is great value at $8, with great soup flavor and a variety of sides to add to the soup. Have had it both dining in and takeout - it's better dining in because you can cook the meat yourself.
All the food options are good and I go to the TOM N TOMS coffee shop on most mornings. Espresso is good and not burnt tasting. Plus the staff is always so friendly
Bellaire Food Street is the latest craze in Houston's thriving Chinatown. It is a row of 10+ mostly international well-known food and dessert places. We have tried Fat No BBQ, Beard Papa's and Chatime.
The storefront parking spots are a little tight for Texas sized vehicles so you're better off parking in the multistory parking garage.

If you like to explore good restaurants in Chinatown, come to Bellaire Food Street mall. It is the center of attention because most restaurants are well-known outside of Houston.
You can literally park and walk from one end to the other and experience cuisines from entire Asia.
I'm glad these restaurants open slowly. It gave me a chance to try them one at a time.
I have tried Meet Fresh 鲜芋仙, Beard Papa's, Chongqing Chicken Pot 重庆鸡公煲, Chatime, Pepper Lunch, SoHo Chicken, Popfancy Dessert Bar, Fat Ni BBQ 胖妮烧烤 and the newest Tom n Tom's Coffee. I'm missing Migo Saigon in my collection because the restaurant opens after 5 and one restaurant still work in progress. I would have to come back later.
The shopping center has several good restaurants and dessert places with a mixture of different cuisines. You can have bbq, fried chicken, to Viet food and cream puffs to finish your meal. They tried to maximize the parking spaces with the restaurants but the parking is horrible. There aren't enough parking spots, the spots are small, and combined with the bad drivers who can't park correctly you may be driving around awhile looking for a spot.
