My first time here! The wings are delicious! April Triastan and Sequoia are awesome! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a a black own business y’all should definitely stop by

Let's start with the flavor and customer service is 12/10. 2 extra points for acknowledging issues and doing something to help ease it. So let's get into this review.

Food: we ordered Chicken and waffles, 5 garlic parm wings and a kids 3 wings and fries. The waffle is fantastic! CLOSE to Roscoe's (iykyk). The chicken was so flavorful but...I felt like I was eating baby chicks vs. Chicken.
When I asked the size of the chicken prior to ordering I was told they weren't whole wings but pieces. Cool. But as you can see from the pictures they were TINY!
The prices are reasonable but I NEED them to give be more than a sample. It taste to darn good to be bite size.

Customer service: the cashier was cool and held down the front of the house while two other guys took a break. He was very social, explained the menu and offered suggestions. I'd suggest other restaurants take tips from this young man (my receipt says James but I didn't ask if that was his name)

Drinks: the sampler slushie (all flavors mixed) will bare minimum be the reason I'd go back. There's also a fairly full bar.

Time management: it wasn't busy tonight but the wait time was longer than necessary. They were having computer issues so I don't think the kitchen was getting the orders in order. But again the front man/ cashier apologized, checked in with us and made us feel at ease knowing things were being resolved. And they were.

If you made it this far go try this yummy new addition to the North Side. Blazin' I meant everything with love. Portion sizes are important if I'm going to eat out.

This food and drinks are is absolutely amazing. This place is a must have and the service is an added bonus.

I like the atmosphere the music was a plus because it was some good old school hits 🤗🤗
