Delicious I don’t have more words to said every time when I go taste something different but one plate it’s better to another
Simply the best Pho!!! The most delicious Pho in all of Houston, TX and their boba tea drinks are a perfect addition to the entire meal. The atmosphere is clean despite not being a huge place, the customer service is excellent. You will not be disappointed dining at this restaurant.
I have eaten a lot of Bun Bo Hue in my life. Its a staple dish for me when traveling, and while I almost exclusively have it when I return from a trip home in Dallas, I am visiting in Houston for a while and figured I'd give some H-Town Bun Bo Hue a try.
The location is unassuming, simple, no frills. Thats how you know its going to be a good bowl of soup. Basically; if you see folding tables and a TV tuned to a random soap opera in the place, its bound to be decent.
I had just a regular bowl of Bun Bo Hue (without pork blood) and a cafe sua da, both were excellent. The coffee was strong and rich, but not overly bitter or wildly sweet.
The soup came out boiling hot, with a good amount of noodles and meat. The broth is perfectly salty and rich, the veggies are fresh, and the meat is the the usual, although a bit fattier than i've had at other places (not necessarily a bad thing, I like the fat) The only issue I had was that the broth itself is not very spicy, which is what I am more familiar with from Bun Bo Hue. They happily provided us with chili peppers to dose our bowls to our liking, so all in all it was a non-issue.
Service was fast, everyone was polite, and prices are good. If you're looking for the classic Bun Bo Hue, this is the place you go.
Absolutely delicious. Don’t let the outside fool you. This place has very good Vietnamese food. I had a pork vermicelli bowl, some egg rolls, and fried dumplings. Everything was very tasty. You must try the fresh squeezed lemonade-very sweet and tart-the perfect combination!
