It's warm and welcoming place, where the good drinks don't stop. However, good kitchen service is something you shouldn't expect here. It takes them forever to put out a Papas Bravas plate. Its bohemian decoration is nice and many of the art pieces on the wall are up for sale to support independent artists and there's a piano on the rear balcony you can play. My only suggestions would be to pay attention to the kitchen service. The staff is great and they all have great smiles all the time.
The breakfast tacos are yummy! My favorite coffee is the Cafe Miel ????so delicious iced. It’s a latte with almond milk, cinnamon and honey and reminds of my favorite local coffee spot in LA (Civil). They have great programming that keeps people engaged.
Good food, won't find these fusion flavors in the rest of Houston.
Had a little trouble getting our food though.
That said, good vibe and will return.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, especially the art. Service was smiling and excellent, latte was smooth and needed for nothing. Yep!
Coffee shop that turns into a small live music venue.
This place has an intimate feel and can sometimes feel overcrowded. The music is great though. The small patio section in the back doesnt get the full sounds from the music so you can carry a conversation.
Food was pretty good, just wish they had liquor!
