Captain Tom's Seafood & Oyster Bar

Really fun place, with awesome food. I always wanted to eat in a boat! It's very busy but the food comes out fast. Next time I'm going to order a michelada like almost everyone was. More of a bar than a family restaurant. Really delicious stuffed shrimp. You wait for an opening at the bar, order your food from the servers/bartenders and then pay on your way out

I got the dozen Oysters. Very good. They are pretty big. I also got the stuffed jalapenos. Not very cheesy, if that's what you're looking for. They had A LOT of seafood! Delish!

Food is great! Service is very good! The atmosphere is very open and social. Food comes out in the timely manner and is always consistent in his preparation and taste. Prices are very fair I recommend this to anyone who loves oysters catfish frog legs a seafood in general. Menu is limited and very niche but it's one of the best places to eat on 1960 near Jones Rd and 290.

Seating is all bar style. We weren't prepared for that when walking in. It's self seating and you order/get served at the center bar.

The gumbo was a big hit with my family and even my 4 year old liked the fried oysters! Catfish was good, very fresh.

This spot came highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed!

????Awesome seafood fresh 2! Friendly enough people as well. Just didn't like that they only had can sodas and plus no sweet tea... But overall great place. Kind of small though.
