    I wish I could eat this healthy menu every day! Busy people have a brand new style of fast food that's fresh and satisfying.

    I had my very first visit at "Chipotle" and I'm very sorry to say that I was not happy with the food...I had a steak bowl with my choice of fixins' and it didn't look anything like the advertisements on TV and the photos on line... it didn't have much flavor, I thought the steak would be slightly seared and so much flavor and it was very tasteless, I thought it would be amazing...I'm sorry to send this review and if I decide to go back hopefully it will be better...maybe it was just the location "Downtown Houston" ?

    They ran out of chips, and it was a 30min wait for them to have more. One of the employees kept reiterating the fact that they didn't have chips, as if they didn't want to have to make the rest of the order. It was extremely poor time management (seriously....plan for chips when you see your running low!) & the one staff member was trying to look busy, when in fact it seemed he just wanted to get out of there. I'm giving it 3 stars as I'm not sure if the day crew is better, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. The night crew would get 1 star however.
