It is always packed on the weekends any time of the day we go. Some of the games don't always work but if u tell someone about it they usually do something about that. We noticed that after hitting a bonus it doesn't necessarily give you the tickets it says it will. We checked the tickets after winning a bonus with the machine that takes the tickets and gives you the receipt back of your points and it was short. Some times it's hard to get ahold of someone because they are either busy with other people or may be short staffed. But the issues have always been addressed and resolved just have to be very patient

Great quick getaway! We show up one evening, with under an hour left until they close for the night. The 30-minute play cards are perfect for the kids and l order endless rounds at the salad bar with a drink. My food costs just as much as the kids’ playtime ????. When the boys were younger, I could take all 4 boys to a Chuck-E-Cheese for $20-$25 and stay a couple of hours,!depending on the coupons and awards I used. Now, $11 = 30 minutes per child; $11*4=44 for only 30 minutes; $176 for all 4 boys to play for 2 hours!
As the boys; ages 8 & 14, excitedly run off to play video games, I scurry just as fast to the salad bar. The food looks so good and my plate looks so small ????. I pile as many veggies as possible onto my plate and find a clean, empty table to eat on.
The boys had a blast and the cotton candy and dips ice cream are half-off right before they close as well. Each employee that I interact with is very easy-going and helpful. Great team! Fantastic for the quick get away with my oldest and youngest sons.

Plenty of games to play for the whole family. Pizza is decent and they have a salad bar if you want to add it on your order. My niece and nephew had a blast!

I always enjoy coming here with the kids. There is a wide range of games for them to play and they always seem to enjoy themselves. And of course, the pizza is always magnificent. I enjoyed the customer service and the staff ways have a smile on their face. They are games for teenagers too, so it is really a place for the whole family.
