We love the new play by the hour! Much better deal overall!

I like the idea of having a time limit on points rather than having a limited amount of coins. But if the tickets are hardly ever restocked, the machines are out of order, and you literally only get one or two tickets per turn it seems like a huge rip off. Chuck-E-Cheeses is making sure they are getting their money's worth out of you rather than you getting your money's worth out of the experience.

Great place! Had my son's Birthday party here! Our party coordinator was AMAZING! Food was good and excellent service! We enjoyed!!!

This location was pretty well kept, as were the machines. However, one machine malfunctioned, even after two attempts to have it fixed. The food service was a bit of a wait, but the food itself was tasty and satisfying enough. Three of the eight ticket counters were not working properly. Luckily the lines for the working machines weren't very long at all. I'd definitely bring my children here again for a fun and local activity, especially as we approach the summer season.

Always take my kid here as she love to play the games and collect the tickets. Pizza is good and they have a good and fresh salad bar if you are looking for something like that. Service is just a little slow as it feel minimum employees working...especially if they are busy.
