Churrascos SteakHouse River Oaks

Honestly, I didn't know if I'd like this restaurant based on the menu. However, I was so wrong. We went on Valentine's Day and ordered from their special event menu for the day. We were served 3 courses. The beef empanadas were so bomb. My salad with the house cilantro sauce was so good. Then I had the signature Churrascos 8oz steak with grilled veggies that was delicious. To top it off, I had the bread pudding for desert. OMG, I never had bread pudding before, but I definitely enjoyed it. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin steak that came with like a jam sauce that was to die for. His tres leches cake was amazing as well. I will definitely come back to this restaurant again in the future.

Always a nice restaurant to go to but food seems to have lost some of its quality. Plantains and chimichurri sauce is still good but entrees are just ok. Probably best to just stick to the Argentinian steak as trying anything new didn't work out well. The service was mediocre - only once did they come fill up our water, never came to remove any finished plates or drinks until the very end, never asked if we wanted another drink. But at least the person was nice. Hope they pick up their quality and service or this will be another business that goes away in that area.

Great ambiance , service and waiter were great , super polite, quick and attentive . The plantain chips and sauce we pretty good and they kept refilling the bowls as we waited for the food. Food flavor and presentation were excellent , my only issue was the portion sizes and the food was a little pricey compared to similar businesses but the overall experience was pleasant.
