Ciro's

My husband and I found this restaurant because we were hungry after shopping and walked upon a gold mind. The food was delicious and it was a fancy place. This was so unexpected.

Came in off a cruise and stayed overnight in Houston. Went to Ciro's for dinner based on the recommendations that I found online. Turned out to be an excellent choice. Very nice location and nice atmosphere inside. Service was excellent, seated quickly and food arrived quickly. Both the Alfredo with sauteed shrimp and Spaghetti with meat sauce were excellent entrees. Had the house salad with ranch dressing which was also great. Also had a bowl of the minestrone soup which was another great choice. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted a great dinner with great service. We will return to this place on our travels if we're through here again. Very, very highly recommended and lived up to the online reviews that we saw.

I had the Shrimp Ciro. I was a little disappointed as the shrimp were more than fishy smelling. Not a whole lot of pasta. Service was good. Dont have any idea about dessert. We weren't asked if we wanted any or shown a dessert tray. They did do great with our birthday group - the birthday girl enjoyed the singing and dessert.

Excellent food and a great selection of desserts. I like how they bring all their desserts out on a plate so you can actually see it before you order! Also, lunch menu still has a pretty good serving size.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. The location suggests that it might be pricey but it wasn't. Very fair for such good food and service. It was packed when I went and we got seated on the back patio. Turned out to be a very quiet and relaxing place to enjoy our meal. Definitely recommend.
