Crafty Crab

The food tasted great! Cajun medium spicy was lip tingling, pretty hot, and super delicious. Crab cooked perfectly, easily extracted from the shell. If the drinks came faster (we waited a long time for a beer and wine), we would have ordered another round, resulting in more profit and tip. Will return for sure!

Food was okay but SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Will NEVER come to this location again. Our server Kelvin dropped our food after we were already waiting a long period. The wait was no big deal because we had a larger party. Everyone at our table eventually got their food except myself. When questioned about my order he located it on another table. Ok no big deal .. human mistakes happen. Now it’s time to close out tickets and this is where the real madness starts. First Kelvin, puts wrong items on wrong tickets.... pretty common mistake ... we laugh it off. He goes to correct them but some how tickets still come back incorrect and now receipts and change are missing. After explaining to Kelvin several times that we are missing receipts and change, the manager has now gotten involved. He comes over to the table and tells us we will have to wait so he can run the cameras back as if we’re lying about not receiving our change. Let’s not forget it’s getting late and they’re kids that have school the next morning. As time passes we are now frustrated and words are being exchanged between the manager and a guest of our party so I step in to calm the tension. The other workers are standing around observing .About two minutes pass by and the receipts and change is located at the register where they were standing the entire time. A situation that could have truly been avoided. But overall on the good side there was an older Caucasian male server that continuously checked on our table, helped us and gave us really nice words so thank you to him. I never got his name but he was awesome.

We have been waiting forever to try this place. So glad it's finally open. The food was amazing - great flavors. The service was excellent - fast and friendly and very careful about accuracy. They were running a couple of specials that were really great deals as well. We will definitely be back. If you like seafood, give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

My Dad had a random advertisement pop up on his phone for this place. We decided to try it, picked up our order tonight. Lady that took my order over the phone was very pleasant. We both ordered 1/2 pound boiled shrimp and snow crab legs in buttery garlic sauce and mild spices. Oh my GOD!!! Came with whole red potatoes and corn on the cobb. Everything was unbelievably delicious!!! Price was on point as well for the quality and quantity of food. This will become a favorite of ours!! We will definitely be back.

The seafood was very fresh as well as being delicious. Price is good for seafood. Wait staff and management are very attentive and courteous. Will definitely be back!
