As you would expect a Dave n Busters to be! The games area itself was clean and had a decent layout with a good selection of machines, only a couple "out of order" but a few were fixed before we left so got a chance to play most! Reward/ticket shop was pretty average, decent variety of rewards but a lot of them were sold out. Worst area was unfortunately the restaurant, the food itself was good but the service was very poor. Our waiter seemed to be serving the entire restaurant so our service was very slow whilst several servers were standing behind the bar on their phones. Arcade 4/5, Reward shop 3/5, Restaurant 2/5.
Restaurant part was good. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. His name was Kyle. Took good care of me my wife and all 5 of our kids. He was more than professional and courteous. Explained the deal that included the power card meal deal and we ended up purchasing 5. As for the games could have more of a selection and cur the AC down cooler. I know with all the lights and games going on it makes it warm but it was almost unbearably uncomfortable. So we left a little sooner than we would've. Over all its a good place to go to!!
We went on a Saturday, The managers are very friendly and helpful, most of the staff smile and are very nice. The place is huge and has a lot of business and could use a 10% bump on staff members, but they do the best they can. I wish the prices were a little lower across the board as far as video games, food, just everything. The only thing fairly priced is the alcohol. I did a calculation of how much each ticket is worth and it's about $.006 per ticket, you get on average 20 tickets per game played and its about 100,000 tickets for a PS4. and about 3.7 chips for 1 game of basketball. Enjoy doing the math guys. My headhurts doing that above calculation. I will say they run pretty good specials during the week day and Sundays. The crowd during the day is less hood and rowdy than at night. So plan accordingly. Overall I always have a good time here, I just need to save up so I can afford it.
