    The best Tlayuda I’ve had outside of Oaxaca. I also had some of the “chapulines” so crunchy and delicious.

    The food is delicious and the gentleman making the food super kind.
    I thought my side order or grasshoppers was going to be just a few and call it a day, but it was generous and came with cucumbers, lime slices and salsa - we loved it!
    The barbacoa in the Huarache was tender and delicious and my Picaditas just perfect!
    100% recommended!!
    Btw, the food truck is outside a local brewery... Thee perfect combo!!
