El Tiempo Cantina - S. Gessner

I regularly visit El Tiempo with my family, so I finally decided to write about it. Their food is always very consistent and we love getting the filet fajitas. The first thing about them is that their tortillas are incredible, and add that onto the fact that their meat is incredible, that makes for a perfect fajita. We usually sit near the bar and the service is great there. But, no matter where you sit the service is always very nice. Overall I would rate El Tiempo Cantina 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Try all the lunch combos. Once a week and you'll love it. Customer Service is great, a little slow at times most of the time it's as expected. Ambiance is great with a lively atmosphere. Portion size is good for the price. Give it a shot, I think you'll like it.

Above average. Our group enjoyed a very good meal here: appetizers, margarita, various entrees, and dessert. Everything was very good and everyone enjoyed their meal, for sure. The atmosphere was good and I can only imagine it would be better at a busier time. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that in my opinion the beef fajitas had a taste and texture that were not as good as Lupes'.

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Tuesday. The service was superb. I had not been to an El Tiempo in at least 5 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the food, and especially their red salsa, which I couldn’t get enough of. The salsa had a nice, smokey flavor, or something, maybe the veggies were roasted. Whatever the flavor, is was amazing. I had a nice combo platter with an enchilada, a taco, and some beef fajita. It was very good. The inside of the restaurant looks really fun, I’m glad the food matches. Finally. They cut their chips in a different way, more rectangular, and I really like that. I will definitely be back.
