(March 12, 2024, 1:31 am)Delicious paella! The portion size was also generous. Ordered for 4 people and we had 2 meals out of the order. Chef was easy to get in touch with. We had to order a day ahead.

(March 8, 2024, 2:28 am)Best paella I’ve had in Houston! My family and I are from the East Coast, where we had great paella spot options. But since moving to the Houston area, we had tried a few paella spots, with no luck of finding a decent one. Until we found Frank’s paella! Taste very flavorful, delicious and fresh! Also great customer service. I definitely recommend to all!

(June 11, 2023, 5:47 pm)We experienced this delight yesterday while attending a friends birthday party, the best paella I’ve had here in Houston by far! Tasty well prepared by knowledgeable chef! He not only knows how the base paella correctly the taste was amazing out of this world! Only had paella this tasteful in Miami and Spain! Never in Houston! If you’re looking for authentic Cuban flavored paella this is it! Amazing! 100 stars for Frank!
