Gabby's BBQ

I got the sausage plate with red beans and rice and french fries the red beans and rice were tasty the french fries were done well considering their fresh cut and I don't normally like them the sausage was also good but the skin with a tad bit tough I did like that they have paper straws. The reason I did 4 stars is the size of the sides were a little small in my opinion and I barely touched the menu.

Been going to Gabbys for years, since 2016. Yesterday i went in to redeem some of my Belly points free rewards; signed in and got my regular 5 points. Then one of the Spanish female cashiers tells me she can't redeem my points for a free meal because i didn't have my Belly card. I explained to her that i was downloading the app where it would allow me to redeem directly from the app, yet she argued me down & wouldn't even let me show her what i was doing in the app. Finally, i stepped to the side and one of the other Spanish male employee's came and helped me through the app and i was able to redeem. It wasn't busy at that time, there were two cashiers, and it was only one person next to me in line, and a few others sitting down eating, so i don't understand why she couldn't help me. I love Gabbys food; hence the reason I've been coming here so long, but the way this female employee rudely argued me down yesterday in front of other customers( which by the way was embarrassing) and didn't try to be of any help was extremely disappointing. It was as if though she didn't want to give me what i had earned. She attempted to make me feel cheap because i was getting a free meal, but i also purchased a baked potato with beef in addition to my free meal. Plus I've spent thousands with them through the years, so one little free meal or entree from to time shouldn't be a problem. Customer service should always be top notch when running a business.

Great food, quick service. Good sauce as well. Portions are nice, so consider splitting if you're not starving. I was visiting from out of town so I can't speak to how this place compares to other local shops. I just know I really enjoyed what I ate!

Good food, but not the best. They have Big Red in the soda fountain, which is unusual but good. They often have live music of the country variety.

Great meal at Gabby's chicken fried steak was amazing tender & delicious. Banana pudding great. The place is clean service was fast & friendly.
