Genghis Grill

We've come here a few times, both to eat in and carry out. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. The food is also always very good! I'm glad they have low carbs options to substitute for rice/noodles.

Who can go wrong with Genghis Grill. The waitress was amazing and she even gave me a free drink. Highly recommend

I am extremely pleased with the service and food we received. Our server Myron was very nice and helpful and Alexander went out of his way to also check on us. We felt very welcomed here and since it was my first time looking forward to coming back. Also the cook was very nice as well. I forgot my sauce after he cooked it and he kindly added the sauce and put it back on the grill for me.

Alexander, the assistant manager, did an excellent job of making us feel welcome, and making our family member's birthday dinner memorable. He offered to take unlimited pictures of our family, and was SO patient with us! He personalized the experience for us and continually checked on us. The food was great, and we highly recommend this location.

Houston, TX 77027 location. Showcased phenomenal customer service from the moment I asked him if the seating area was taken. Although I was not ordering anything just waiting on Co workers he continued to ask me about my day.

He brought the food to the table with a smile continued to check on everyone at the table. Before we left he even gave everyone free bowl tickets and informed us about the rewards program.
