I have been a customer since 2018 and this place just get better and better. Happy Lamb is my one place to go for a cold and rainy day. My kids enjoy the fried chicken and egg noodles. They provide an Ice cream machine. And you can serve your own drinks. If you are a spice person but your family it’s not I highly recommend you try the Mix which comes with one side spicy and the other one regular. I love the fresh seafood and meat. Restaurant is always clean and so the restrooms .

This was our first experience at this restaurant. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 children (11 years old) and a toddler (3 years old). Waitress was very helpful with explaining menu. We all have been to Hot Pot restaurants but never an all you can eat. All meat and veggies were fresh and tasty. The only hiccup was partially our fault. We did not announce the age of the kids and they automatically charged us for 6 adults and an under 5. Took 4 tries for them to get the bill correct. And even then it was not clear how they came up with the total. They also added in the gratuity tip and different percentages each time they redid the bill. But the strangest thing was the original wrong bill was only a few dollars difference from the final bill. We will have to watch our credit card statement closely to be sure all the voids show up and only one (the correct one is what we end up being charged. For that reason we will not return at least not any time soon.

We loved this place. The service was outstanding, our server was very knowledgeable, helpful and timely, probably the best we’ve had in a while. The food was extremely delicious. We absolutely did that happy food dance and smiled with each bite/sip. I recommend getting the cabbage and spicy bone broth combo instead of the suggested original combo. That cabbage broth is insanely good! Ask for the extra base to maximize the flavor of the cabbage soup. We left the place super-duper happy and will be back again soon!

I would give this place 3.5 stars. I feel like there’s not much variety compared to other all you can eat hot pot restaurants I’ve been to be honest. The sauces were a bit bland and the spicy hot pot was bland but the original one was pretty tasty! Ambience was nice if it weren’t for all the dirty dishes in all tables that leave but it was okay. Would I come here again? Probably not, but worth checking out.

    EDIT:

They have really upped their game. I honestly now prefer their soup over other restaurants. The ladies in the evening always take good care of us. There is a guy in the morning who really has a nasty attitude so if you’re trying to go for lunch try avoiding that guy.

This place was a ton of fun and had entirely vegan options; good ones too. For broth the vegan options doesn't show up on the menu but as it turns out, they can make most of their broths vegan. In the broth, there's a whole buffet of veggie options, several types of tofu, and ask kinda of noodles.

Bathrooms were super clean and comfortable to be in. You can tell that the staff cares about this place.

The only complaint I had came with the bill. First of all, going with a vegan options should probably not cost the same as going with the meat based option but instead should be it's own standalone price as it frees the staff from having to keep continuously bringing raw meat to the table. So, already, the 24.95 seemed pricey, but certainly worth it; everything was delicious. The problem was that gratuity was automatically factored in and brought the bill to 31 per person; still no problem with that. The problem is that after already factoring in the tip they asked for another tip on the bottom of the menu and there's never any mention of the fact that they already added gratuity. This was annoying because it felt slightly underhanded. Like they were hoping I wouldn't noticed they already tipped.

Overall would go again. Great food.
