Hartz Chicken Buffet

Food is fresh on the buffet table. Restrooms were very clean.

The buffet has a little bit of everythingl.Fish,chicken,wings,strips,veggies,greens,mac&cheese,salad bar, two kinds of gravy.rolls,corn bread.The food has always been hot and fresh.plus the place is clean and organized. The ice cream cone is nice .

Came here on a Thursday night around 8:30pm and pulled into the drive-thru. I waited a few minutes but wasn't acknowledged so I backed out, parked and went in. Upon ordering, I was told that it would be a 12-15 minute wait on the chicken. I said that was fine and told the cashier that I'd be back. After 15 minutes I go into the store but found it to be locked. The employee mouthed that I needed to come through the drive-thru. I guess they close their buffet at 9? Anyway, I pull into the drive-thru and noticed a car had pulled in before me (obviously after I had placed my order). I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for that car to get their food and another 10 minutes when I pulled up to the window. The food was bland; chicken, fish, mashed potatoes and corn. Even the jalapeño was mushy and seemed like it had been sitting out too long. The only thing we finished were the yeast rolls. I'm grateful that they didn't screw that up. Go to the one located on Huffmeister instead. I promise it's worth the drive.
