Great place. Pretty cozy (small and cute) and not too crowded if you got at the right times. YUGE portions. I've had a few of the burgers (Buffalo burger is super lean and tasty) and the Hobbit Wrap. The wrap is my favorite. You can probably share it. Not a pricey place either (probably $20 for 2 people)

Came back recently and had their delicious Salmon Burger Strawberry Lemonade and Black Bean Nachos.

Not bad. Cute place. I love the theme. Had the lamb burger. It was good, but more on the dry side. I'd come back, but try their sandwiches

Quaint little hole in the wall place that's interesting and fun. Outside seating is roomy. Indoor seating is a bit cramped and it's in an old house so it's a bit rickety, but that adds to the character. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. Our server tended to forget us, which is why it only got 3 stars from me. At least he was friendly and had a genuine smile for us. I noticed other servers were attentive to their guests. Maybe our server was new.
    We will be back.

This is nestled in a neighborhood where I would not imagine it and has Lord of the Rings and Hobbit themed stuff going on all over. Parking was a bit crowded.

Lots of vegetarian options. People say the fish tacos, enchiladas and fajitas are the best. I tried the Boudin burger. Pretty good. The nachos appetizer was amazing.

While there, I lost my precious, ironically...
I took it off due to the extensive nature of eating the nachos. Management found my ring later after I left and returned it to me, so no worries. Overall, a highly interesting experience!

The Hobbit Cafe has a plethora of differing entree selections, including plenty of tasty vegetarian options. The food was delicious. The best part of our lunch was our server, Matthew. He was spot on with our service, he made excellent food and drink recommendations, and he was able to answer every question I had about the menu, food, and even recommended a unique local attraction for our brief time in Houston. Absolutely love the staff, atmosphere, food, and theme of The Hobbit Cafe.
