I had heard amazing things about this place so I wanted to give it a go. Went there with my family, and as a first timer, so we were not familiar with the ordering/sitting system. We came in and saw a bunch of open tables so we grabbed one, and then a waiter came to tell me that table was already taken by someone else (who was making the line) and that there were no tables available at the moment, which was frustrating seeing all the open spaces. I guess I just needed to become familiar with the system to understand. After a few minutes the waiter came and told me that one table was actually open and he age it to us. After a long wait in line, and a longer wait to get our food I was very excited to finally try these burgers and to be honers, they were good, but not the best I've had.

I know that people usually tend to anchor to what they already love and maybe that was my case.

My main reason to give 3 stars is for the experience. Being there with my wife and 3 kids, wasn't pleasant.

Good food and shakes. Nice inside and outside seating. Shakes were small for the price. $6 for the regular which is not very big. It's an order and go sit place so maybe the higher cost is to compensate the likely lack of tips which is understandable. The fries were very big and filling and had an incredible amount of parmesan cheese. They had to have dumped the entire bag on the fries. It was amazing. If you need the restroom it is small. One urinal/stall for the guys.

Great burgers and rather large selection of local craft beers. I would skip the truffle oil fries and go with the regular ones. Sweet potato fries are delicious!
