The energy here was great. Its a little hidden spot in the city and the options of specialty teas, protein shakes, and Loaded Teas was pretty awesome and the flavors were incredible. The owners gave great vibes and the building literally felt good! CHECK THEM OUT and get the Godfather it tastes like a mixed drink without the alcohol! We will be back!

I love this place! I’m always greeted with a smiling face. The owner is amazing and knowledgeable of her product. The punch cards are great too.

Quaint smoothie shop in the heart of the Galleria area. I ordered a cinnamon roll nutrition shake with caramel drizzle! It was rich in flavor and delicious! Per the owner all shakes are dairy free, made with soy milk. I look forward to trying some of the teas very soon!

Htown Nutrition is a cozy little shop that offers delicious teas and shakes. The shakes taste exactly like what they are named after and the teas are so flavorful and great for energy. They have so many options that I cannot name off of the top of my head, but my favorite teas are Hello Sunshine and Ninja Turtle and my favorite shakes are Brownie Batter and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. You'll definitely need to check out this cute place for yourself and give it a try.
