Number 7 Shrimp Salad was so good! Perfect balance of the citrus and sweet. We also got the short ribs that came with white rice. The meat was tender and so flavorful. We got a side of steamed broccoli added on.
The only negative is that parking is pretty terrible (due to the area).

I was very satisfied with my meal. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and patient. You get your meal very quickly. My friend ordered a dish with rice that arrived partially cooked. It was still crunchy and hard. Though I think this was a one-off situation, it did put a damper on the meal.

The best Pho in town. The best pan fried noodle tofu n veggies dish ever! Very friendly staff, clean n cozy!

Authentic Vietnamese dishes. The steamed thin Rice paper dish with grilled pork is my go to dish almost every time I go to this restaurant. It is intoxicatingly good. The crispy noodles with vegetables are also outstanding. In fact we have not had a dish at Huynh that was not authentic and true to the Vietnamese food that you get everywhere in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

My top location for delicious Vietnamese food. Great spot for an appetite of any size. The service here is better than most. Prices are appropriate for the quality. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.
