    Nice tea/boba shop with many tea options and several snacks.

    The milk tea is great and so is the vietnamese coffee. I've also had the lemon pepper shrimp and the corn. I've really enjoyed everything I've had here and stop by regularly and will continue to. They sell the milk tea in gallons and pints as well, I'm tempted to buy it but I think I'd drink all of it too quick.

    JTea has some great Viet bites and drinks you'd normally wouldn't get at a restaurant. You can some great fresh milk teas, desserts and snacks. Recommending S7 for beef lovers and J7 for some yummy milk tea. Only thing that really is a downer the space can be a little small without a table to enjoy your purchase but otherwise excellent escape from the usual Taiwanese style boba places

    I love love the Vietnamese street food here. I'm so glad my friends introduced me to this place! They also have a wide selection of drinks too! ????
