(June 29, 2019, 4:46 am)Amazing drive thru service. The lady who took my order was kind and friendly. She took the order with calm and heard everything correctly. Food was made delicious, would reccomend this Jack to other people for their customer service.

(May 4, 2019, 2:34 am)I visit a few Jack in The Box and a few get my business, the one on Shepherd sucks also the one on Waugh Dr. oh my God poor service, drive thru SUCKS after 10 pm. Thanks to JACK IN THE BOX on this location treated me with respect even though I felt I could have been a little courteous with the drive thru cashier she was extremely helpful and professional, I ordered the potato wedges and chicken strips wow the food was hot a fulfilling, High five to Joanna2 keep up the good team work,this will be my spot till customer service is not a priority. Again thanks Store #180 VOTE FOR JOANNA2 ????????????????
