Hired these guys for a birthday celebration at our home. So much fun! The team was professional and responsive. The cooking was entertaining and the food delicious! Will recommend to my friends for special occasions at home. Oh and a beautiful set up!

We had a great experience with this company. Our chef arrived on time and put together a great set up for a large group. He cooked fired rice, grilled veggies, noodles, chicken and beef. The food was good quality and the show was fun too. He then cleaned everything up for us. I really enjoyed the dinner and would recommend to anyone. We will likely use them again.

We booked a reservation for 12 and everything turned out great. The customer service was on point with scheduling and logistics. The team arrived on time and setup the tables, chairs, linens, table settings and everything. They even assisted me with moving my patio furniture out of the way and patiently waited for late guests to arrive before starting to prepare food. We were served salad, soup, rice, noodles, chicken, shrimp, and steak with a variety of dressings and sauces. All tasty options. The team also put on a great show while cooking...not your standard heartbeat rice and volcano smoke onion tower. Overall I would recommend JC Hibachi to anyone looking for a good quality entertaining meal.
