I usually LOVE Jimmy Johns, but I decided to venture out from my usual Turkey sandwich to a Tuna today and won't make that mistake again! They should really rename it the Celery sandwich. I could not eat it until I pulled this ton of celery out (and this celery pile is only from half of the sandwich). I'll stick with my Turkey thank you...

Delivery is fast but would it kill them to include napkins? Is there a napkin shortage in the U.S.? That part irritates me every time, and I think it's just an issue with this location.

Classic sandwiches a la Americana. Quality ingredients. Fresh bread. The menu is broad enough to eat here 2-3 times a week without getting bored. Lower carb is no problem, just make it an unwich. This location does get busy during the weekday lunchtime, both in shop and for delivery. Order ahead during peak times for delivery and pickup. Give the smart phone app a try, it's nearly perfect, per user reviews.
